The first expert report entitled “Human Resources trends in Africa” was prepared in partnership with world leader Mercer.
Casablanca Finance City (CFC) has initiated today its thematic reporting cycle by presenting the highlights of its first publication of expertise.
Produced in collaboration with Mercer, a member of the CFC community and a global leader in human resources, health, pensions and investments, this study, titled “Human Resources Trends in Africa”, offers valuable insights into the reality and diversity of HR practices in Africa, including pay, benefits and job mobility.
The presentation of Human Resources Trends in Africa is part of the development of CFC’s “expertise” offer, in order to provide its members with quality information to facilitate their investments and promote the deployment of their projects and activities on the continent.
