Actualités politiques

Internet remains shut across Ethiopia since the killing of Oromo activist Hachalu Hundessa that triggered violence and led to the deaths of at least 156 people.

Ethiopian Prime Minister said violence was an attempt to instigate a civil war. He stressed the importance of holding accountable not only those who committed the heinous crimes but also those who are pulling the strings.

Oromo people are the largest ethnic group in the East African country but have long complained of discrimination and rights violations.
