«Even if Africa is the weakest link in green finance and attracts less than 5% of global green #investmentflows, it is the continent that has the greatest potential to make massive leapfrogs in #sustainabledevelopment. In this regard, we still need to build expert as well as institutional capacity among all the stakeholders, policy makers, regulators and industry players.”
