On April 24 and 25, 2026, CFCA, in partnership with CIMAC, organized the Casablanca
Arbitration Days at the Royal Mansour Casablanca, under the theme “Globalising Morocco’s
Dispute Resolution Ambitions.” This two-day edition, marking CIMAC’s 10th anniversary,
showcased the institution’s consolidation, with more than 2,000 international contracts
handled and no annulment cases recorded, confirming its growing credibility on the
international stage.
The event was held in the presence of Abdellatif Ouahbi, Minister of Justice, and brought
together experts, institutions, and practitioners to discuss developments in arbitration and
mediation, the new Moroccan legal framework, and Morocco’s ambition to build an African
ecosystem for dispute resolution, further strengthening Casablanca’s position as a leading legal
and financial hub.
