ALTERNATIVE METHODS FOR LITIGATION RESOLUTIONS (CIMAC)

Casablanca Finance City has spurred the creation of the Casablanca International Mediation and Arbitration Center (CIMAC) for the CFC community and for African companies in the region.

CIMAC uses Alternative Conflict Resolution Modes (ADR), to resolve business and social disputes as well as inter and intra-company disputes, in the utmost confidence and efficiency. It is an independent organization with world-renowned international arbitrators operating in 4 languages: English, Arabic, Spanish and French.
