The tower was designed by the American architect Thom Mayne, who was selected after an international call for tender targeting Pritzker prize-winning architects. The Casablanca Finance City Tower is a landmark in the new Casa-Anfa zone and is recognized by its elegance, unique technique and ecological performance. An emblematic building distinguished by its futuristic aspect, the Tower stands at 122 meters and takes on an innovative architectural challenge.
The translucence of the walls envelopes the ground floor with light allowing the site to be visually accessible all the way to the top. The facade of the tower is inspired by “moucharabieh” and presents real technical prowess. Indeed, it is both “breathable” and “brise-soleil”, allowing for the building to imbibe heat and cold and circulate it inward.
In respect of the environment and energy efficiency, the building to meets all the requirements of the international certification “LEED Gold” of the World Green Building Council.
