This year will be an opportunity for CIMAC to commemorate the sixtieth anniversary of an international legal instrument of reference for arbitration: the 1958 New York Convention (Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards).
This meeting is an opportunity for the participating experts to examine this historic text, which has contributed to the strengthening of international trade relations and makes Casablanca a central international space in the field of dispute settlement.
