Intelcia announces the full acquisition of Spanish Group Unisono, a leading multinational in the customer experience and digital transformation space; this decision went into effect as of August 6th 2021 following approval from the board of directors of both companies.
Founded in Madrid in 1999, Unisono specializes in customer experience, business process outsourcing, digitization, automation and customer relationship consulting. Unisono has 9,000 employees spread over 16 sites in Spain, Colombia, Chile and the United Kingdom. In 2020, Unisono achieved a turnover of 146 million euros and has more than 100 clients in its portfolio. Unisono has established itself in the Spanish-speaking market thanks to its continuous investments in innovation and a multi-channel operating model dedicated to maximizing quality and customer experience.
