Mr. Said Ibrahimi, CEO of CFC and Mr. Gary Baker, CFA Managing Director Europe, Middle East and Africa of CFA Institute, signed a partnership agreement aimed at densifying CFC’s community talent pool.

CFC and CFA Institute will work together to promote professionally recognized certifications for the financial services industry throughout CFC and beyond, while raising professional standards in the investment industry.

CFC will also support and encourage the efforts of any CFA Society to be created in Morocco to build a community of certified investment professionals.

“Developing talent for the financial hub is not an overnight task; it is an long-term mission and we need to overcome some challenges. However, we have confidence in the capacity of CFA’s program to attract our best talents and contribute to enhancing the level of ethics and professionalism for the ultimate benefit of our societies not only in Morocco but also for the economic prosperity and jobs on the continent” Mr. Said Ibrahimi, CEO of CFC

“The key for us is preparing people for the next 10 years, and defining the skills needed for the future. We do this by finding strategical local partners within individual countries, such as CFC”, Mr. Gary Baker.
