CNBC is joined by Eloise Gras, CEO of Digital Africa, a French initiative launched a couple of years ago by Emmanuel Macron to foster entrepreneurship, digital transformation, and Tech innovation on the African continent. About 500 African start-ups will benefit from a 130-million-euro commitment by the French government for the continent over a three-year period.
